Staying Focused

I have noticed like most of you online, their seems to be the "latest and greatest" money making venture! Some will make money, but the majority will not make you any money. You need to try and find one that works for you. This means trial and error, and losing money. I have done it, but I know Amazon, AdSense and Clickbank works, period. These are my revenue streams, they might not be in the thousands yet, or the hundreds per week, but it all adds up, just give it time. Stay focused on one money maker, and go from there, or scale the one that makes you money.

Passive Income

I have not mentioned in the past posts about AdSense or Clickbank, they are all part of my overall passive income building blocks. As far as with AdSense, you need great content( not some flimsy 1 page website) more than 5 pages. I have writers lined up for this task. Clickbank is great, but the competition is fierce to say the least, but I will try it also. I would like to have a income approaching over $17,000 per month net by the end of July of 2011. Is it doable? Yes it can be done! High goals, high income.

The American market

The American market for Amazon products is huge, and so is the competition. With that being said, I will focus my energy on Amazon in Germany for sure, and any other market where Amazon is at, just not the USA as my main source of income with Amazon.

Product/Review writers

I know it has been a couple of weeks since my last post, I have been busy with trying to find good writers and translators. The later being very important for my step into Amazon overseas. I have found a good source, so this one(the source) I cannot let out of the bag, but it is paramount to my success with Amazon.

Another source of Amazon income

I happened to be online the other day as usual, and discovered that Amazon, either owns or is affiliated with Endless.com Now as far as competition goes, everyone knows about Amazon, but not many people know about Endless.com, and if is some how connected to Amazon, It's a pretty good bet, it is being run right! This might be the right time to get on board endless.com as a affiliate.

Amazon Overseas

I guess some of you now that Amazon is worldwide, they have offices in Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. I believe that field is wide open for pickings, not like it is here in the USA. I might try in the future to try and build blogs for those areas. At the moment I will be focusing on the USA aspect of my affiliate model, once I conquer the states, its off to other avenues of global income!

Niche Markets

I just wanted to post some of the Niches I am looking at. So far they are the Gaming Niche(Gamers are crazy about their games and gizmos)! The Gaming Niche is huge, let's just say in the billions$$$ Health and beauty products are huge also, can I say billions again$$$ This is just a small sample of what I am looking at, as of today. It might change, depending on other factors.

Product selection

Anyone will tell you, if you want to make money with Amazon's affiliate program, you must chose products wisely! I can sum it up in a few words, pick items that are priced over $100, and have at least 5 reviews(the more the merrier)! If you are going to work at something, make sure you get a decent commission for it. Amazon's pay structure for their affiliate products are small, but you make it up in volume! Stay away from products that someone can get at their local store, but on the other hand, Amazon has lot's of products you can find at your local store, like curling irons and bikes, but people love to shop online with Amazon. I have, and so have millions of others.

Locating a good Writer

I know one of the things that can make or brake my success with Amazon's affiliate program, is finding a good writer. I have been on Freelancer.com and Textbroker.com looking for writers. I must say this, you get what you pay for, and I do not expect to get cheap rates, but if I do, good! Lot's of people have advised me to use these two, I am still searching other sites out there. I am also searching on the Warrior Forum. If you find a good writer, and the both of you make a good team, it will be worth it to pay whatever amount he/she is asking, because the profits will be worth it. A writer and keywords to me, are the main items I am focusing on, next are the items to sale(keywords and products go hand in hand).

Future expenses

I can see me having some expenses with this project. I see hosting fees, domains names(if I use a coupon) might be really cheap. The biggest expense is someone doing the writing for me, and social bookmarking, link building. All, if not most of it will be outsourced. The only problem is finding the right people, which I am sure I can find, it's just the time! I really believe I can make a good income using Amazon's affiliate program, also I might add some Clickbank products in the future.

My reason for Amazon

In today's economy, with all the layoffs and what not, I see Amazon as a good fit. It does not take alot of money to get started, it can be a slow path to success, or fast. You might see results quickly, depending on how strong you promote Amazon's products and competition for keywords, and link building. It is a challenge for me, and I am in it to win. I am doing this in my spare time using my own money and wits, I do not forsee any income or sales in the next week, but the sooner I get on it, the faster I will see results, wish me luck!

My Journey with Amazon

I have been interested in a very long time to become my own boss. I have heard so many stories on people becoming successful with Amazon's affiliate program, so why can't I do it? I belong to the Warrior Forum, along with other forums also, some good, and some just downright bad! I will be using Ghostwriters for my articles(since I am no good at it). I will be using Google AdWords tool, Market Samurai(they have a trial, and after its over, you can still use the keyword function). I also have some Amazon guides I got on my own, but will let you know which one later on I have been using from the Warrior Forum. I think my biggest expense will be the outsourcing of the content(articles) and domain hosting, unless I find specials on Godaddy and anyone else. Before I forget, I have a excellent keyword guide on how to use Market Samurai, it contains tricks and short cuts! So my first order of business, is to find a product that is in demand, and has enough search volume and interest to make money with. Stay tuned, will post follow up by the end of the week!
